Jag vill varmt välkomna gästföreläsaren Maartje Monné till min Voice Studio! Efter att ha googlat runt mycket runt ämnet Vagus-nerven, som har väldigt mycket att göra med vårt välbefinnande och vår röst, så stötte jag på Maartje Monné från Voice Care Coaching. Efter att ha bekantat mig med Maartje och haft intressanta diskussioner om rösthälsa och röstens läkande kraft och också hur vi själva kan läka vår röst, så ville vi göra något tillsammans.

I am Maartje Monné and founder of Voice Care & Coaching (www.voicecarecoaching.com). am a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) since 2004 and have been specializing myself in voice disorders, vocal techniques for the speaking voice and singing voice and many voice related methods since then. I also studied Musical Theater (part-time) to develop my own singing, dancing, acting, and stage skills (one of the best moments and memories of my life! :)
Today ‘voice work’ is more to me than vocal care and improving someone’s voice quality; it is also about making people aware that the voice itself has superpowers and that it can be used as a fantastic (and free!) ‘tool’ to improve your overall health and I’m going to explain you why and how in the following seminar!

- Why it's important to balance your "fight or flight" and your "rest and digest" system to stay healthy
