How do we get in shape, what does it mean? We want all the components of voice production to have access to full range of motion, be flexible, and have good coordination. Then we can more easily and healthily choose our sounds! But where should I start, you may wonder?
In this workshop I’ll give you a few exercises to build up the stamina in different parts of your voice which you need to belt healthily without adding unnecessary effort or unwanted tension.
